**Job Summary**: As a BPO Trainer at M-Core Industries Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for training and developing our Business Process Outsourcing Sales team members to ensure they excel in their roles. Your primary focus will be to design and deliver effective training programs, conduct assessments, and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our team delivers high-quality services to clients and meets performance targets. Provide one-on-one coaching sessions with sales team members to improve their sales skills, techniques, and strategies.
Observe sales calls and presentations, offering real-time feedback and guidance.
Analyze sales team performance data, including metrics, KPIs, and sales results.
Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and create action plans.
Work with sales professionals to set and track individual performance goals and targets.
Teach effective sales techniques, Sales Pitch, objection handling, negotiation skills, and closing strategies.
Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Maintain records of coaching sessions, progress, and performance improvements.
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
Monitor trainee performance and progress during training and after transitioning to the production environment.
Ensure training content aligns with industry standards and client expectations.
**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
Familiarity with BPO processes
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
