- To support HMCL in being a fast growing company with fast increasing competence levels it requires a strong
- team capable of mechanical and fluid system design, development and validation. To achieve this an
- experienced Expert Engineer, capable of understanding fundamentals of design, development and its
- validation process, strategy and method for optimizing CQT parameters.**A Day in the life**
- 1D simulation of various engine systems to enable conceptual/definitive understanding of function and capability. This can include; valvetrain, rotating & reciprocating systems (crankshaft/connecting rod/piston/bearings), balancing systems, and the ability to select technology types, and to ensure reliability and durability of systems analyses.- 3D simulation of various engine systems to enable conceptual/definitive understanding of function and capability. This can include; cylinder heads, cylinder blocks/crankcases, valvetrain, rotating & reciprocating systems (crankshaft/connecting rod/piston/bearings), balancing systems, and the ability to select technology types, and to ensure reliability and durability of systems analyses.- Ability to lead and develop a small team of engineers focused on ‘best in class’ delivery.-
- Execute all design and validation tasks at highest quality and expertise- Support building design and validation guideline / processes based on requirements.- Creation of Product Technical Specifications, Design Review, DFMEA, and DVP reporting.-
- Providing training, Guidance, motivation and develop the team and sub-ordinates.- Support to various documentations preparation, its Revision, defining SOPs etc.- Goal setting, Mid-year, Final year review of performance targets of team members**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- B. Tech. / M. Tech.**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Experience in 2W/4W 1D; 3D simulation of thermal & structural analysis
Product Specification, Design Review, DFMEA, DVP & Product
- Closure/Approval processes.**Behavioural Skills**
