II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage and resolve queries through ServiceNow case management system in accordance with service model.
- Follow workflow to determine if access requests can be approved or if additional approval is needed and gain that approval (through SAM requests)
- Follow privacy matrix to determine if access can be granted, otherwise communicate with larger team
- Pull / save reports from various systems based on routine schedule (MyHR, Kronos, ServiceNow, etc.)
- The role is responsible for receiving, routing, resolving and properly documenting and closing all inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
- Interacts cross functionally with other Centers of Expertise (COEs) and People Solutions partners (PSPs), and various other departments to ensure handoffs, communication and interactions are customer focused, seamless and of the highest quality.
- May perform administrative duties specific to department such as conducting research, updating standard templates and reports, and preparing collateral materials.
- Assist in adhoc reporting requests
- Other ancillary duties may be assigned

IV. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience

**Education**:
Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline.

**Experience**: Three to four years of work experience on the similar or related kind of process will have an advantage (in addition to education requirement)

- Intermediate working experience of MSExcel comfortable with pivots, lookups, formula writing, and workbook formatting,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams with confidence,
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and other functions.
