Digital Marketing - Content & Campaigns

**Job description**
- Develop digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the company’s vision.
- Interest in utilising Ai and staying on top of digital trends
- **Create digital content including blogs, articles, images for social media posts**:

- Work with Graphics team to create engaging advertising content and animations, etc.
- Establish our online presence and create brand awareness.
- Run day to day social media and Online revenue driving campaigns and promotions
- Indepth understanding of B2B and B2C
- Indepth understanding of corporate promotion channels such as LinkedIn and industry publications
- Great time management and multitasking - ability to manage multiple brands and plan, schedule and publish content
- Work closely with the Digital Insights Specialist to ensure targets are met and digital presence ROI is achieved.
- Create a unique brand identity online.
- Create visual concepts for promotional activities and where applicable work with the inhouse graphics team.
- Create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinate with the graphics team to create engaging display ads.
- Spread the company’s message through social media and other online mediums.
- Increase the company’s sales through own ecommerce and other online marketing
- Support Distribution network with digital campaign collateral and templates to assist them in growing their sales
- Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies.
- Supervise ROI and KPIs.
- Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or similar field.
- Minimum 2yrs work experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist is required.
- Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
- A portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and related software including Hubspot, micro sites, Rich media online ads Active Campaign GetResponse, etc.
- Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing.
- Quality content generation and management skills.
- Effective leadership and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to achieve optimal outcomes

**Salary**: ₹44,176.00 - ₹51,539.00 per month
