Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Mathematics
Faculty
member for our competitive exam preparation program. The
successful
in
the field of mathematics, with a focus on preparing them for
various
competitive exams.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging and effective
mathematics
content for competitive exam preparation.
Design and deliver classroom and online instruction, tutorials,
and
other learning experiences for students.
Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive
feedback
and guidance.
Create and administer assessments to evaluate student knowledge,
comprehension and understanding.
Engage in professional development activities to stay current with
industry trends and best practices in teaching.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of course materials,
curriculum, and other educational resources.
Work collaboratively with other faculty members and administrative
staff to enhance the learning experience of students.
Provide academic and personal support to students through
mentoring
and advising.

**Requirements**:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related
field from
an accredited institution.
Proven experience teaching mathematics for competitive exams and a
strong record of student success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability
to
engage and motivate students.
Proficiency in using technology to deliver instruction, including
online teaching platforms, digital learning tools, and assessment
software.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability
to
multitask and prioritize effectively.
Passion for mathematics and education, with a commitment to
continuous
learning and improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a
positive, student-centered approach to teaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
