Timely and safe placement, unloading and removal of rakes from siding and tank trucks in Gantry area
- Follow up for timely placement and removal of Railway Rakes.
- Close coordination for safe and timely decantation of product from Railway Wagons, its documentation
- Proper and correct line ups for unloading of product from Railway Wagons, Reconciliation, Sampling of product before receipts etc. as per IQCM.

Invoicing Activity and Coordination
- Their responsibilities includes Invoicing, SAP entry, Payment collection, Measuring density and volume of the product.
- *Day to day MIS and coordination with HO
- *Coordination with Sales team, Logistics Team, Vendors (PSU)
- *Payables to Vendors, timely submission of purchase invoices to accounts and Joint certificates signed after verification of Qty, temp, prices charged

Tank Truck / Tank farm Operations
- Planning of Receipt and Dispatch from Tanks in co-ordination with Panel Officer and Gantry officers.
- Monitoring proper line ups of tanks, pumps and valves for correct receipts and despatches
- Operation of product loading/unloading pumps, slope handling system etc.
- Loading and unloading of Tank Trucks in Gantry area
- Ensuring healthiness of FW network, trail run of pumps, operations during emergencies

Control on Product Losses/ Stock Accounting
- Exercise due controls to minimise product losses at various stages of operations
- Ensure product handling losses within limit

Maintenance of records, Work Permit etc.
- Maintaining Records of Tank Wagons Receipts as per Railway Receipts, Correspondence with Railways for placement and removal of rakes.
- Maintaining Log Books
- Maintain house-keeping in Rail Siding, Tank Farm, Pump Houses, field etc.
- Ensuring implementation of work permit system
- Maintain facilities and complying with OISD norms for own location

Tank Truck Management
- Induction of TT (Tank Trucks) with PSU
- Making TTs acceptable and comply with safety
