- Onsite support for issue-resolution on all working days and as per emergency requirement beyond working days and holidays.
- Remote support Telephonic / Network
- Preventive Maintenance and System Health Checks
- D.R. Drill assistance
- Upgrade / Version Management
- Re-installation / Re-location of Systems and Applications
- License Management (Track and coordinate for validity)
- CCIL Systems Help Desk Support
- Single point of contact for
- i. Regulatory Authorities (RBI, IDRBT, CCIL)
ii. Applications vendor
iii. Principals (IBM, Microsoft, Cisco etc.)
- Service Window. NABARD to provide SLA details for this line item which is to be mutually discussed and agreed. TCS scope is limited to vendor coordination during business hours 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri).
- Trouble shooting and issues management
- Patch Management (OS and Middleware)
- Performance Management
- Configuration of MQ7 on servers.
- Trouble shooting and issues management
- Escalation of issues to appropriate vendor
- Network Monitoring
