**Job Overview**

As a Data Science with Python Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students and professionals.

Your role will involve designing course materials, conducting hands-on sessions, and ensuring that participants gain a thorough understanding of data science concepts and practical Python skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Training Sessions**: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on data science and Python programming.
- **Develop Course Material**: Design, update, and improve course content, including lectures, hands-on exercises, and projects.
- **Assess Learners**: Evaluate the progress of participants through assignments, projects, and assessments.
- **Mentor and Support**: Provide guidance and support to learners, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and Python to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.
- **Feedback Integration**: Collect feedback from participants and use it to improve future training sessions and materials.
- **Collaborate**: Work with other trainers and team members to create a comprehensive learning experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science and Python programming.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of data science concepts, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis.
- **Python Expertise**: Proficient in Python and its data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- **Teaching Experience**: Proven experience in delivering training or educational content. Experience in a corporate training environment is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
- **Educational Background**: A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data science are preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with additional programming languages or data science tools.
- Published research papers or contributions to the data science community.
- Familiarity with Python, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
