Telecaller Job Description

Job Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for outbound or inbound phone calls to generate leads, sales, or provide customer service. They engage with potential or existing customers to understand their needs, promote products or services, and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls:

- Contact potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Present products or services to customers and address their questions or concerns.
- Persuade customers to make purchases or sign up for services.
- Inbound Calls:

- Handle incoming calls from customers.
- Provide customer support, resolve inquiries, and address complaints.
- Process orders, manage returns, and handle refunds.
- Data Entry:

- Accurately record customer information, call outcomes, and sales data in CRM systems.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and contact history.
- Sales Targets:

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in sales training and development programs.
- Customer Relationship Building:

- Foster positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.
- Build trust and loyalty with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Persuasive and convincing abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
