Corporate tie - up facilitation for promotional activities Essential RequirementsProven experience as front office representative or other customer service roleGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints10+2 essential; Graduation will be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
