**Job Description**:
Position: Female Telecaller Executive
Location: Ernakulam, Kalamassery

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients within the designated region.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from existing and prospective clients, providing information about our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, sales, or other key performance indicators (KPIs) as assigned by the supervisor.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities to effectively communicate with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in spoken and written Malayalam and English is essential.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Ernakulam.
