- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports, analyze sales trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all products are accurately labeled, priced, and displayed.
- Train and onboard new staff, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective store operations.
- Implement and monitor loss prevention measures to safeguard store assets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Store Incharge, Store Manager, or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and other store-related tools.
