Staff Nurse

**Patient Assessment**:Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting to the casualty department.
Prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition.
Perform rapid triage to identify critically ill or injured patients.
**Emergency Care**:Administer immediate and appropriate medical interventions.
Stabilize patients with life-threatening conditions.
Perform basic and advanced life support procedures as required.
**Collaboration**:Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient treatment plans.
**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment.
Use electronic health records (EHR) to record patient information.
**Patient Education**:Provide patients and their families with information about their condition, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
Offer emotional support to patients and families during times of crisis.
**Equipment and Technology**:Proficiently use and operate medical equipment and technology relevant to the casualty setting.
Stay updated on advancements in emergency medical care and technology.
**Infection Control**:Adhere to infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infectious diseases within the emergency department.
**Critical Thinking**:Demonstrate critical thinking skills to make rapid decisions in high-pressure situations.
Evaluate and reassess patient conditions as needed.
**Professional Development**:Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in emergency nursing and healthcare practices.
Maintain licensure and certifications required for emergency nursing.
**Qualifications**:
- Bsc Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state/country].
- Previous experience in emergency nursing or a related field is highly desirable.
