Job Description: Proposal Writer - SLED & Federal Staffing RFPS
Location: Remote
Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Proposal Development: Research, write, and edit well-structured and comprehensive proposals in response to SLED and Federal staffing RFPS. Tailor each proposal to address the specific needs and requirements of the issuing agency.
- Compliance Management: Ensure that all proposals meet the guidelines and requirements specified in the RFPs. Verify that each submission adheres to formatting, content, and submission guidelines.
- Content Creation: Develop persuasive and impactful content that highlights our organization's strengths, relevant experience, and value proposition. Clearly articulate our ability to meet the agency's staffing needs effectively.
- Research and Data Analysis: Conduct research to gather data, industry best practices, and relevant case studies to support the proposal's claims. Use data-driven insights to bolster the proposal's credibility.
- Review and Editing: Review and edit proposals for clarity, coherence, grammar, and compliance. Ensure that the final documents are error-free, coherent, and present a professional image.
- Deadline Adherence: Work efficiently to meet proposal submission deadlines. Ensure that all proposals are submitted on time to the respective agencies.
- Proposal Repository Management: Maintain a well-organized repository of proposal content, templates, and boilerplate language for future use.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on government procurement trends, policies, and guidelines to enhance the quality and competitiveness of future proposals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Proposal Writer, preferably with a focus on SLED and Federal staffing RFPS.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to gather relevant information and data.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals concurrently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant proposal development software.
- Previous experience in the staffing industry or government contracting is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of successful proposal wins in the government sector is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹59,499.74 - ₹95,130.93 per month
