CNC Programmer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate machining operations. You will work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure smooth production processes and deliver high-quality precision parts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop CNC programs based on engineering drawings, specifications, and job orders.
- Perform programming and set-up of CNC machines.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of CNC programs to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to resolve any issues related to programming, tooling, or machine performance.
- Monitor and optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.
- Maintain proper documentation of CNC programs, tooling setups, and machining parameters.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of one year and above of experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, tooling, and cutting parameters.
- Familiarity with G-code programming language and CNC machine controls.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in programming and machining operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
