**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conducting Training Sessions scheduled for the batches, preparing training aids such as PPT, notes and taking feedback from the students and adapting the changes accordingly
- Ensuring all batches are effectively managed through Rooman ERP, with respect to
- students' attendance management, module tests
- Assisting management in timely Installment Collections
- Maintaining the asset and lab equipment’s - Hardware and Software which is assigned to them
- Preparing the students for final assessment (both online and viva)
- Conducting periodic Placement activities in terms of mock interviews, written test, and evaluation
- Generating daily/weekly/monthly activity reports
- Conducting Technical round of counseling for the enquiries in respective domain and guiding them in career path
- Conducting periodic technical seminars and workshops both on campus as well as off campus
- Conducting technical round of interviews to applicants (both telephonic and f2f) applicable only to trainers with 2+ years of experience
- Conducting training the trainer program for fresher’s and new joinees f2f
- applicable only to trainers with 2+ years of experience.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Soft skills and personality development with specific focus on group discussions, personal interviews, resume building and spoken English
- Logical reasoning, qualitative and quantitative aptitude to enable the group of trainees to meet the interview requirements of the industry
- Conduct training for induction, life skills, and workplace readiness skills
- Facilitation of critical and creative thinking abilities among students and instilling positive behavioural skills in them
- Providing learning activities that stimulate student involvement, encourage reflection and critical thinking, and incorporation of different learning styles and evaluation of students work according to learning standards.
- Counseling students for placements
- Providing Job Search / Career Information Workshops and Presentations
- Preparing educational material such as module summaries, videos
- Delivering Behavioural & Leadership related Training programs as per the requirements in a variety of areas
- Identification of Training Needs, Analysis, Gap analysis, Learning Evaluations, assessments
- Identification and assess capabilities and skills gaps, assess learning needs, and provide support to address those gaps
- Creation & facilitation of Virtual and in-person (ILT) Programs.
- Creation & curation of relevant learning content/materials that align closely with the learning & developmental needs identified at the TNI stage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Managing Throughput and certification of the batch.
