**Responsibilities: Senior/Specialist - Human Resource (Recruitment)**
- Experience on IT/Technical Requitement
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- On time Delivery of Resources required
- Determine selection criteria
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positional requirement
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

**Desired skill set**:

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Job Portals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Specialization into Human Resources Management or relevant field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
