Job Responsibilities:
- **Emergency Patient Care**: Supervise and manage casualty/emergency cases efficiently, providing immediate medical attention to patients.
- **Diagnosis & Treatment**: Diagnose medical conditions, provide initial emergency treatments, and stabilize patients before transfer to other departments or wards if necessary.
- **Patient Triage**: Perform quick and accurate triage for incoming patients, ensuring critical cases are prioritized.
- **Team Leadership**: Oversee junior doctors, nurses, and support staff in the casualty department, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to medical protocols.
- **Patient Monitoring**: Continuously monitor the condition of patients in the casualty department and update patient records.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other departments such as surgery, radiology, and pathology for the required investigations or treatments.
- **Medical Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including diagnosis, treatments, and outcomes.
- **Emergency Protocols**: Adhere to and enforce emergency medical protocols and procedures in line with hospital policies.
- **Customer Service**: Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing updates on the patient’s condition and answering queries as necessary.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all activities comply with medical laws, ethical standards, and hospital regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBBS degree with at least 1 year of experience in a casualty or emergency medical role.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and guide a medical team.
- BMS (Bachelor of Medical Science) degree with 1-3 years of experience in an emergency or casualty setting.
- Basic knowledge of medical procedures and patient care.
- Ability to support medical staff in handling emergency situations.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in emergency medical care or advanced life support (ALS) will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
