_**Job brief**_

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. Will work directly under the CEO and will act as a techno-commercial business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future business operations of the company.
- **Experience**_

Overall 12+ years of experience with relevant of 3 - 5 years.
- **Location**_

Kolkata (Work from Office)
- **Qualification**_

Any Technical Degree (MBA will be preferred)
- **Responsibilities**_
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
- Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Track, analyse and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and develop, track & control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations.
- Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets.
- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
- Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each.
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.
- **Requirements and skill**_
- Experience in Product Development (Software) is preferred.
- Must have experience of handling large team.
- Should have worked with reputed mid to large size IT Company in SW Development space.
- Experience with **Cloud and SAAS** models is required.

**Salary**: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (required)
- CTO or Project Management: 3 years (required)
- Cloud and SaaS Module: 2 years (preferred)
