**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our at-home diagnostic services, including cardiac, neuro, and sleep tests.
- Understand and clearly communicate the benefits and features of our diagnostic tests and the convenience of home services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate diagnostic services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates related to our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and convey complex medical information clearly and accurately.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
