**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
1. Nutritionist counsellor has to counsel the patients on-call, online, conference depending upon the process.

2. To keep the records of the patients in the excel & CRM in set format.

3. Coordinate with the patients and client, keep follow-up and provide information of the patient.

4. Provide the diet/ counselling as per the project specification.

5. Should be able To Communicate with Patients/Clients/Doctors.

6. Must be good with basic Excel and computer skills initial training will be provided.
