**Brief Role Description:
We are looking for technically oriented engineer who is passionate about working in telecom/value added services. As an engineer you will responsible to monitor, support day to day product operational activities under managed services project at client side.
**Principal Accountabilities**:
- Platform Monitoring and co-ordinate with internal/external stakedolders.
- 24x7 availability for adhoc support and working in shifts.
- Own E2E ownership on delivering managed services KPI's, SLA for all the issues/incidents/SR.
- Ensuring quality deliverables as per expectations with close coordination with team.
- Handle customer queries and complaints received directly or through the company support organization.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stake holders (Customer)
Technical/Functional Skills:
1. Basic understanding SMSC & other telecom and Networking fundamentals
3. Vendor co-ordination skills ,Monitoring & Reporting
4. Carry out routine activities & checklists
5. Taking ownership of customer issues until resolved, escalated or resolved
6. Exposure in ITIL based processes on Fault Management, Change Management / Configuration Management, Problem management and Performance management.
7. Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Unix/Linux.
8. Monitor service through tools. Available 24X7 for support.
9. Understanding of VAS domain, SS7 and telecom concepts.
10. Hands on on Linux and Solaris
