- Perform remote assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions remotely.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to devise comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

- Advocate for mental health awareness and the reduction of stigma.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5+ year of clinical experience in a mental health setting.Proficiency in Malayalam and English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both Malayalam and English.
- Skilled in various therapeutic techniques.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team.
- Access to reliable high-speed internet, a private workspace, and teletherapy equipment.
- Registration with the relevant professional board.
- Availability to work from the office once per week.
