- Secretary to Chairman/Managing Director of our Group Companies. The position is to be filled up at the earliest. Requirements for the position are as under:

Coordinate all workplace actions of the Chairman/Managing DirectorArrange schedule of appointments and conferences. Maintain a diary of all appointmentsUpdate/remind Chairman about his day-to-day schedules-
Coordinate with different members of the Management as per instructionsReport to the Chairman and stay answerable for all purposes-
Coordinate for arranging Visas for foreign trips, reserving tickets, hotels for international & home journey.Coordinating in daily activities of the Chairman & performing the administrative functions in support of the same.Sort and distribute mail, any correspondence, Screen, analyze and prioritize incoming and outgoing mails and calls.Taking dictation and making minutes of meeting, typing all letters/reports and handling all other assignments.Maintaining all important files, documents, papers and reports, both official and personalTaking dictation and minutes of meeting, typing all letters/reports and other assignments.- Proactive, self-motivated individual with experience in outstanding organizations, interpersonal, time management, written and oral communication skills.Ability to interface with senior management and exhibit good judgment in handling confidential information.Strategic thinker with creative and effective problem solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively and professionally across multiple departments and all levels of management as well as with external sourcesExtremely strong skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook.Education- Preferably with Convent/Public School background- Graduate- Secretarial Diploma-
