Job Title: MBBS Doctor - Dialysis Center and Outpatient Department (OPD)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate MBBS Doctor to join our organization and contribute to our Dialysis Center and Outpatient Department (OPD). In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment and those visiting our OPD for consultation and treatment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct thorough medical assessments and examinations of patients undergoing dialysis treatment to monitor their overall health status and response to dialysis therapy.

2. Develop personalized treatment plans for dialysis patients based on their medical history, current condition, and specific needs.

3. Administer dialysis treatment to patients according to established protocols, ensuring proper functioning of dialysis equipment and adherence to safety standards.

4. Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and other diagnostic findings to evaluate the effectiveness of dialysis therapy and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

5. Provide education and counseling to dialysis patients and their families regarding their medical condition, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to promote optimal health and well-being.

6. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nephrologists, nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.

7. Conduct outpatient consultations and examinations for patients visiting the OPD, diagnose medical conditions, and prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.

8. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, perform minor procedures as needed, and refer patients to specialists for further evaluation and treatment when necessary.

9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient history, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and research projects aimed at enhancing the delivery of healthcare services and improving patient outcomes.

**Requirements**:
1. MBBS degree from a recognized medical school.

2. Valid medical license to practice as a physician.

3. Prior experience working in a dialysis center and/or outpatient department preferred.

4. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nephrology, internal medicine, and other relevant medical specialties.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

6. Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care.

7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records.

9. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

10. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
