As a Fish Cutter, your main duties include filleting, scaling, and portioning fish, as well as ensuring that all fish products are of high quality. This role requires good knife skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you may be involved in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the work area. Strong knowledge of different fish species and their handling techniques is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
