Job Title: Mechanical Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for mechanical engineering.
- Create engaging curriculum and training materials.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for participants at various skill levels.
- Provide technical support and guidance during training.
- Assess participant understanding and provide constructive feedback.
- Update training materials to reflect industry advancements.
- Maintain documentation and ensure quality assurance of training programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience as a mechanical trainer or in a similar educational role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and instructional design skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
