**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drink Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and other beverages, following company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and answer questions about the menu.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Process payments accurately using the cash register or POS system.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely and efficiently.
- **Food Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing and serving light snacks, pastries, and other menu items.
- Ensure food and beverages are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
- **Cleanliness and Hygiene**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and notify management of shortages.
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and help with other tasks as assigned by the manager.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality products.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and measurements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
