**About the role**

The incumbent will be responsible to collaborate and work closely with regional/ Group treasury teams and Business Units Controllers, FBPs, and the wider finance and commercial organization.

**What the role entails**

**Reporting line**: Sr. Advisor GSL

**Scope**:Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:

- Identification of Invoices available for factoring and marking in SAP solution, Daily tracking, and reconciliation of customer repayments of Factored invoices
- Reconciling AR amounts at the invoice and SAP customer accounts level
- Flagging any discrepancies in invoice due dates and repayments to Factoring Banks
- Managing the booking of appropriate factoring expenses in the P&L of the relevant months
- Handling operational queries and analysis at Customer/Business Unit level
- Follow-ups with Sundry Customers for Aged Debt
- Reporting Month-End utilization & providing Ad-hoc operational analysis & reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely clearing & recording of Bank transactions, accurate accounting, and reporting of all bank transactions in accordance with process controls and compliance and accounting standards.
- Manage the End of Month End, End of Quarter and End of Year A/R closing.
- Facilitated successful internal and external audits through sound and through documentation.
- Knowledge of electronic Bank statements (MT940, BAI2), SAP Tables and reports
- Participate in global and projects and improvements initiatives running in the organization.
- Managing or participating in the implementation of global improvements (including Knowledge management / Desk top Procedures standardization, Process Risk and Control Matrix, automation, & resolution of process inefficiencies).

**About Yourself**
- Com/M. Com/CTP/CPA/CS/CA/ICWA/MBA Finance
- 7+ years of Finance AR operations, OTC / Process Improvement/ Cash Application or similar experience
- Process design and documentation (SOP’s, Flow charts etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Flexible with Shifts
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team.
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- Strong MIS and People management Skills (Power B.I, Power Apps)
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties.
- Experience in leading process improvement and automation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP/ SAP S4/HANA / ERP
- Knowledge of MS Office including excel expertise /Teams /SharePoint
- Bank statement Interface in SAP
