**Job Title**: Secretary/ PA cum Admin to Director

- Any Graduation with Minimum 3-6 years’ experience.
- Must have experience in the similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Prepare reports using various software, including MS - Word, MS Excel and Power point presentation.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- The position is required to support the Chairperson / Director in their day-to-day operation of work through efficient, effective and timely management of diverse administrative tasks.
- Managing diaries, organizing meetings, appointments and helping in preparation for meetings.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Responsible for keeping track of the vendor and other invoice dashboards.
- Making reports for Director, drafting letters and preparation of documents, record keeping, plans of outdoor visits, update list of work and appointments, communications with others as per instruction.
- Maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on regular basis.
- Maintain Office systems, including data management and filing.
- Maintain records of Directors contacts.
- Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
- Preparing reports, memos, invoices letters and other documents.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Reading and analyzing incoming letters, submissions and distributing them as needed.
- Provide general administrative support.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
