Account Executive

Job brief:
1. Ability to understand the overall accounting need of the company.

2. Work alongside the central Finance team and assist in day to day accounting processes

and entries.

3. Knowledge of statutory dues like GST, TDS, PF, ESI and PT.

4. Knowledge of finalization of account.

**Job Description**:
1. Preparing the Monthly data of GST on monthly basis for return filing and reconciliation of

GST.

2. Correspondence with the parties regarding GST issues/ queries and resolve it in

coordination with the respective managers.

3. Assist to Finance head in finalization of accounts.

4. Monthly Payment of statutory dues like TDS,PF ,ESI and PT and monthly reconciliation.

5. Coordinate with financial auditors and provide responses as requested by the financial

auditors from time to time for filing for TDS, GST, EPF, ESIC and other regulatory

compliances.

6. Ensure all the payments are collected, cheques and cash from vendors are deposited in

the bank and been accounted for.

7. Ensure Bank entries & reconciliation for all bank accounts on daily basis.

8. Costing of the Plastic products manufactured at Plastic Processing Facility.

9. Ensure Entry of Purchase bills and Vouchers, including provisional entries (in

coordination with city managers and other designated project managers) for designated

cost centers and project locations.

10. Ensure raising of sales bills and debit notes and credit notes for designated cost centers

and project locations.

11. Provide receivable and payable reports with actual invoices as required to the central

management team, city managers and other designated project managers.

12. Payments follow-ups with the city managers and other designated project managers

twice on a weekly basis.

13. Coordinate with the MIS central team, central management team, for preparing reports,

suggesting improvements and to increase the accessibility of information to the city

managers and other designated project managers as per project requirements.

14. Maintain files, and records and provide specific financial reports to the central

management team, city managers and designated project managers for specific funders

and clients as per project requirements.

15. Identify and highlight any issues related to the gap in billing, receiving invoices and

raising it with the city managers and designated project managers.

16. Ensure that the hard copies for sales bills, purchase bills, salaries, taxes and other

expenses are filed in the office and other project locations in coordination with the city

managers and designated project managers.

17. In case there are any violations, gaps or deviations from the SOPs that shall be

highlighted to the respective team and their seniors.

**Required Skills**:
1. Knowledge of Excel, Tally and other relevant financial systems.

2. Good communication skills.

3. Commerce graduates

4. Knowledge of statutory dues.

5. Experience 4-5 years

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
