**JD**:
**A) Responsibility**:
1. To do allocation of man,machine, material to the respective area & machine

2. Overall responsible for production, quality & basic maintenance of machines.

3. To do shift wise production execute as per plan and also ensure required casting are available to the operators.

4. To do inspection of one parts for each machine along with all quality related parameters example IPI register, setup approval, CMM reports, Communication, Tool monitoring, Control plan, work instruction, SPC, Coolant record, NC record, Salvage/Rework record & Maintenance check point.

5. To sent quality approved OK parts to the respective area and also OK parts are identified with TAG on each racks or pallets.

6. To ensure daily reports of the operators & Helpers are filled & sign off and handover to H.R.

7. To ensure & execute NON CONFORMATIVE parts are to be moved to NON CONFORMATIVE area and DISPOSED with the help of QC person with in 24 hrs.

8. To communicate pre setup planning to the Tool room team or advance arrangement of tools for setup.

9. As per control plan parts sending for CMM inspection and signoff of cmm operator

10. To provide basic machining training to the operators & helpers

11. Breakage reports need to be close on shift wise bases.

12. To execute internal layered audit as per given policy

13. To shift report writing & handover to production charge to next supervisor.Daily communication with the reliever.

14. To handle worker grievances & communicate to concern authority.

15. Day wise MIS register to be update with complete input

16. CAPA to updated within 24 hour

17. Machine break down to cover within minimum time with follow-up of maintenance team.

18. To maintain 5S, safety, environment, activities etc.

19. To submit the goal periodly with supporting documents

20. To update production reports in ERP.

21. Responsible for Legal Compliance.

**Accountability**:
22. To ensure 1st piece setup approval with ok report.

23. To ensure & execute daily setting to be carried as per production planning

24. To ensure problems to be solved related quality, productivity, manpower related in all shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
