- Owning and developing the vision and strategy for upgrading Tide s financial processes, systems, and controls - ensuring they are scalable, automated, cost effective, and aligned to the needs of stakeholders across all departments at Tide
- Project management for the upcoming ERP, FP&A, HR management and various other system implementations
- Monitoring systems, data, internal processes, industry trends and identifying value creation opportunities to maximise potential of the departments and help build financial reporting, FP&A, and operational teams of the future
- Ownership of operational and commercial relationships with software partners
- Constant assessment of opportunities to drive improvements to systems and processes

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years of proven experience in managing IT projects delivery.
- You have extensive experience in leading finance/people teams through large scale change programmes including the implementation of ERP systems.
- You have a strong level of experience in partner/vendor and senior stakeholder management.

**Qualification**:

- Master Degree in Computer Science or related.

Job Requirement
- You re comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch
- 5+ years of programme management and/or systems implementations experience in an industry setting, ideally within Fintech
- You are comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch.
- You have an accounting qualification.
- Successfully lead delivery of IT projects according to waterfall, iterative and agile methodologies.
- Manage all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements. Effectively monitor and control project progress, proactively manage and mitigate project risks. Achieve project deliverables and compliance with customer requirements. Ensure successful closure of the project on project completion and capture and document lessons learned.
- Collaborate closely with IT and Business stakeholders, manage stakeholders expectations and relationship.
- Organize and work remotely with virtual teams.
- Communicate professionally in English both in written and verbal form.
- Certifications in project management (PMI/PMP, Scrum, etc.) as a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following areas: ERP Systems, Finance Systems, Compliance.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- One End to End IT project implementation experience in Finance
- SAP FICO module understanding Or Oracle ERP financials/ Tally understanding
- Any other financial consolidation/ reporting tool implementation experience
- Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation.
