**Key Skills: Shorthand, Typing, Computer knowledge, MS Office, MS Outlook**

**PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

1) High-level proficiency in English shorthand.

2) Strong communication skills with attention to detail a high level of organizational skills.

3) Well versed with Microsoft outlook, Power point & Excel.

4) Ability to participate in developing projects scope, managing projects schedule, and following up with clients and suppliers.

5) Hands on experience in ticketing & hotel reservations.

**WORK DESCRIPTION**

1) Keeping records of all filling systems of paper and electronic including all bank statements, expenses vouchers, Income tax, etc.

2) Coordinate meeting, manage calendars, make appointments, arrange schedules, prepare agenda and other general assistance as required.

3) Manage MD’s complex travel plans, itineraries, and compilation of travel related dockets.

4) Ensure all travel arrangements done on time.

5) Preparing official documents/letters Notifications/circulars, Invitation, and presentation.

6) Implement and maintain office systems.

7) Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquires and provide information.

8) Maintaining day to day project and site expenses, keeping a track of reimbursement.

9) Checking the availability of Stationary as per requirement and keeping the record.

10) Liaising with staff, clients, International & domestic suppliers at all levels.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
