We are seeking a part-time Web Designing Trainer to join our team.

The trainer has to deliver comprehensive training sessions to individuals interested in learning web design principles, methodologies, and tools. As a Web Designing Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in empowering aspiring designers to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for success in the field of web design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Training Curriculum: Create and refine training materials, presentations, and practical exercises to cover various aspects of web design, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, user experience (UX) principles, and popular design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.
- Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to educate participants on fundamental and advanced concepts in web design. Sessions may include lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and project-based learning activities.
- Customize Training Programs: Assess the skill levels and learning objectives of participants to tailor training programs accordingly. Provide individualized guidance and support to help participants achieve their learning goals and advance their design skills.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and development. Continuously update training materials and sessions to incorporate new tools, techniques, and industry standards.
- Provide Feedback and Support: Offer constructive feedback to participants on their design projects and assignments. Provide additional support and guidance as needed to address any challenges or questions participants may encounter during training.
- Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with other trainers and team members to coordinate training schedules, share resources, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Web Design Tools and Technologies: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies. Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Teaching Experience: Previous experience in delivering training or educational sessions, preferably in web design or a related field. Experience with instructional design principles and curriculum development is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex design concepts and technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt training approaches and materials to accommodate the diverse learning styles and skill levels of participants.
- Creativity: Strong creative and problem-solving skills to inspire and guide participants in designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites and interfaces.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, build rapport with participants, and provide constructive feedback and encouragement.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
