Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location : 100% Remote About the Role: We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals with prior telesales experience to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will handle sales interactions in English and a specified regional language. Responsibilities: - Handle sales interactions in English and specified regional language - Meet or exceed sales targets - Build strong customer relationships - Resolve customer queries and concerns - Achieve monthly sales goals Qualifications: - 6 months to 1 year of telesales experience - Up to 35 years old - Proficient in English and one required regional language: - Immediate Needs: Tamil, Gujarati, Assamese, Hindi - Additional Requirements: Telugu, Kannada - No career gaps - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation: - Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 + performance-based incentives - Benefits: Flexible remote work options, professional growth opportunities, and a competitive package
