**Job Location: DAVANGERE, KARNARTAKA**

We want Personal Secretary (Female) /Receptionist for a Doctor's office.

Office is at MCC B Block Devanagari.

**Responsibilities**:
Should be trustworthy & capable of multitasking.

Willing to travel to other cities with Director/Owner as and when needed.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming and outgoing phone calls and to do Tele calling.

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone

Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry and multitasking

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, Secretary or any similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel to other cities with Director/Owner as and when needed.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service-oriented mindset.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Language - English and Kannada (mandatory)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
