**Toolroom-Executive**
**Location**: Naigaon (East)
- Vasai, Mumbai
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1)Preparation of mould development schedule and giving weekly updates to customer.
2)Involving in design review.
3)Leading the team (Diemakers /trainees/asst diemakers ).
4)Attending mould trials/buy off and Active involvement in root cause analysis and mould trouble shooting and ability to prove part and mould.
5)Taking follow up with design /machining/purchase/moulding team and conducting trials as per schedule.
6)Preparation of action plan.
7)Co-ordinate with suppliers and customers.
8)Preparation of all Toolroom documents and maintaining documents for audit.
9)Good presentation skills.
10)Involving team into Kaizens and improvements.
11) Inspect the moulds / Tools for their adequacy for trial at various stage.
**Experience & Skills required**:
- 3-5 years

- BE Mechanical/NTTF/DME
