**Job Title: Radial Drilling Operator**

**Job Summary**:
As a radial drilling operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining radial drilling machines to perform drilling operations on metal, wood, plastic, or other materials according to specifications. Your duties will involve interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate drill bits, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of drilled holes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up radial drilling machines by installing appropriate drill bits, adjusting machine settings, and securing workpieces.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, or instructions to determine drilling requirements.
- Position and secure workpieces using clamps, vises, or other fixtures to ensure stability during drilling operations.
- Operate radial drilling machines to drill holes of various sizes and depths in accordance with specified requirements.
- Monitor drilling operations to ensure accuracy, precision, and quality of drilled holes.
- Inspect workpieces for defects, irregularities, or deviations from specifications, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on radial drilling machines, such as lubricating moving parts, replacing worn drill bits, and cleaning surfaces.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools, materials, and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a radial drilling operator or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, or technical specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain radial drilling machines effectively.
- Knowledge of drill bit selection, cutting speeds, and feed rates for different materials.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and precision in drilling operations.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to lift heavy materials and operate machinery for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Vocational training or certification in machining, metalworking, or a related field.
- Prior experience with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) radial drilling machines.
- Knowledge of programming and operating CNC systems for automated drilling processes.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection techniques.
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
