Experience: Minimum 3 years in Chinese cuisine

**Responsibilities**:
Culinary Expertise:
Demonstrate a deep understanding and mastery of Chinese culinary techniques, recipes, and flavors.
Create and prepare a wide variety of Chinese dishes, ensuring authenticity and high-quality standards.
Menu Development:
Collaborate with the management team to develop and update the Chinese cuisine menu.
Introduce innovative and creative dishes while maintaining a balance with traditional favorites.
Food Safety and Hygiene:
Adhere to strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Ensure compliance with local health regulations and internal policies.
Ingredient Sourcing:
Select and source high-quality, fresh ingredients for dishes.
Build relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of necessary ingredients.
Quality Control:
Maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation.Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to ensure consistency.Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a harmonious and efficient kitchen environment.Adapt dishes based on customer preferences and feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.
