Responsibilities:
1. Assistant Duties:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
- To Help Doctors.
- Assisting Doctors
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
2. Administrative Support:
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Help with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and billing.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
3. Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Provide occasional assistance to other departments or staff members as needed.
- Perform errands such as shopping for office supplies or picking up lunch orders.
- Help with basic tasks related to office events or special projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an office or customer service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
