**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Hands-on experience with maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze and solve mechanical problems
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance software

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Manage a team of mechanical technicians and provide guidance and training as needed
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and perform repairs or replacements as necessary
- Maintain equipment logs, records, and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and mínimal downtime
- Comply with safety and environmental regulations and promote a safe work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of mechanical parts and supplies
- Stay updated with latest technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency

**Salary**: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
