**Responsibilities**:
Front Desk Duties:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a positive and professional demeanor.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate information or redirecting calls to appropriate department.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, Couriers.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring effective time management.
Administrative Duties:
Provide administrative support.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
Assist with organizing and coordinating office events and meetings.
Maintain accurate records and manage both physical and electronic record.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking, as required.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience of 5 years as a front desk representative, receptionist, or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Graduate in office administration or a related field are a plus.
Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
