**Position Overview**: Highly skilled, commercially focused and motivated Data Scientist with Python Programming looking for exciting projects that will challenge you to demonstrate expertise and leadership in building out our advanced models.

**Responsibilities**:
**Python Programming**:Utilize strong hands-on experience in Python Python programming for data analysis, machine learning, and scripting. Develop and implement scalable and efficient algorithms for data processing and modelling.

**SQL Query Writing**: Demonstrate proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

**Data Visualization **:Create visually compelling and interpretable data visualizations. Effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Collaboration and Leadership **:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven solutions. Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for data science and analytics.

**Continuous Improvement **:Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and analytics. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness.

**Problem Solving**:Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data-related challenges. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data for business optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering specialized in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the IT industry with a focus on data science and analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and the ability to develop robust, scalable solutions.
- Proven expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries for diverse data sources.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
