Conduct spoken English classes for individuals or small groups of students, focusing on improving their speaking, listening, and pronunciation skills.

Develop and implement tailored lesson plans and instructional materials to meet the needs and goals of each student.

Utilize a variety of teaching methods, techniques, and resources to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Assess students' language proficiency levels and track their progress through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.

Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to help them overcome challenges and improve their confidence in speaking English.

Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and fosters cultural exchange.

Stay updated on current trends and developments in English language teaching methodology and incorporate innovative approaches into teaching practices.

Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance the quality of the English language training program and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, student performance, and other relevant data for reporting purposes.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding course objectives, progress, and expectations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other relevant teaching certification preferred.

Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, particularly in spoken English training.

Excellent command of the English language, including proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students of varying ages and backgrounds.

Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping others succeed in their language learning journey.

Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.

Organizational skills and attention to detail for planning and delivering effective lessons.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Familiarity with instructional technology and multimedia tools for enhancing teaching and learning experiences is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹11,130.85 - ₹15,389.52 per month
