Key Responsibilities of IPQA in Production:
**Qualification Required : B Pharma**
- **Monitoring Production Processes**:

- Supervise production processes to ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Observe and check parameters such as raw material quality, machine settings, and environmental conditions during production to ensure they meet the required standards.
- **Conducting In-Process Inspections**:

- Perform inspections during different stages of production (e.g., blending, mixing, filling, or packaging).
- Ensure that products are manufactured within the defined quality specifications at each critical step.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of production batches, inspections, and test results.
- Prepare and review production batch records and other related documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Report any deviations or non-conformities to the quality assurance team or management.
- **Sampling and Testing**:

- Collect samples during the production process for testing, such as physical, chemical, or microbiological tests, depending on the product type.
- Work closely with the laboratory team to analyze samples and review results to ensure quality parameters are within specification.
- **Managing Deviations and Corrective Actions**:

- Identify any deviations from established procedures or product specifications and immediately inform relevant departments.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
- **Compliance with Regulatory Standards**:

- Ensure production processes comply with industry regulations (such as GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices, FDA guidelines, etc.).
- Work with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits to ensure all documentation and procedures are compliant.
- **Training and Guidance**:

- Train production staff on quality standards, processes, and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure proper implementation of quality practices.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Conduct trend analysis of quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- **Handling Change Control**:

- Review and approve any changes in the production process or equipment, ensuring that these changes do not affect product quality.
- Ensure that change control procedures are followed for any updates to processes, materials, or equipment.
- **Audits and Inspections**:

- Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality management systems.
- Ensure readiness for regulatory inspections by maintaining well-documented production practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring that every aspect of the production process meets quality standards.
- **Knowledge of GMP and Regulatory Compliance**: A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory requirements.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze production data, trends, and deviations to make informed decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: To effectively communicate with production teams and management regarding quality issues and corrective actions.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of production equipment, raw materials, and the scientific principles behind the product being manufactured.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
