**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accompany patients during transfers between different departments within the hospital.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during transfers.
- Report any concerns, incidents, or changes in patient condition immediately to the Consultant or Nurses on duty.
- Maintain open and effective communication with the team.
- Assist consultants during patient examinations as required.
- Provide necessary support to ensure a seamless examination process.
- Recognize and respond to the individual needs of patients.
- Report patient concerns or special requirements to the consulting medical professionals.
- Schedule appointments for patients as directed by the hospital.
- Organize and maintain patient files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle administrative tasks related to patient care efficiently.
- Protect the hospital's values by maintaining the confidentiality of patient information.
- Adhere to privacy and security policies in handling patient data.
**Qualifications**:
- **ANM, DGNM & any degree relevant to health care or equivalent.**
**Experience**:
- Fresher & Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is preferred.
**Competencies**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patient transfers with care and professionalism.
- Attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Understanding of patient confidentiality regulations.
**Compensation**:
- Salary: INR 7500 - INR 8000/- & negotiable based on the experience
- Experienced: As per standard.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
