Cashier/receptionist

**Job Profile**: Cashier (Reception)

**Basic Function**:To provide customer service support to the Organisation.

**Reports to**:Manager - Operations & Administration

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handling of Cash Counter (Reception) with utmost excellence.
- Ensuring zero discrepancy in handling to and fro of Cash.
- Ensuring full customer service to the guests at the counter.
- Required to track inventory list of items like socks, masks, club membership cards and other required things and orders accordingly
- Ensuring full compliance with, and enforcement of all SOP’s and safety procedures so that the safety of guests in line with all requirements
- Maintaining a record of transactions performed during the work.
- Ensuring complete and correct input of customer data into the system during the work.
- Operating POS system/cash register accurately
- Reconciling sales at the end of each shift with cash collected and providing the reports to the floor In charge.
- Assisting floor operations as and when required by the floor In charge
- Understanding customer requirement and delivering the right information at the right time to the guests.
- Ensuring the cleaning standards at the Cash Counter are followed and met.
- Ensure accurate opening and closing procedures are maintained at all times
- Responsible for attending all calls and enquires landing at the reception with great perfection.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
