Position Overview:
As the IT Specialist for our food and beverage chain, you will play a key role in managing our IT systems and ensuring the smooth operation of technology resources across our locations. You will provide technical support to our staff, implement and maintain IT solutions, and contribute to the enhancement of our digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
**Technical Support**:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, including restaurant staff and management, for hardware, software, and network issues.

Respond promptly to IT service requests and incidents, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.

**System Administration**:
Administer and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and point-of-sale (POS) systems, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Conduct regular system updates, patches, and maintenance tasks to address security vulnerabilities and improve system stability.

**Software Implementation and Integration**:
Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of software solutions tailored to the needs of our food and beverage operations, such as inventory management, scheduling, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

**Data Management and Security**:
Manage data backups, storage, and recovery procedures to safeguard critical business information and ensure business continuity.

Implement and enforce security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls, to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.

**Training and Documentation**:
Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate staff on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Maintain documentation and knowledge base resources to facilitate self-service troubleshooting and user support.

**Vendor Management**:
Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers to procure hardware, software, and technical services, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Coordinate vendor support and escalations to resolve technical issues and optimize the performance of IT systems and services.

**Marketing Platform Design and Implementation**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement digital marketing platforms and campaigns, leveraging technology to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Accumulate and analyze data from marketing platforms to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

**Administrative Support and Operations Management**:
Offer technical support for operations, including designing banners, tags, menus, and other promotional materials as needed.

Provide administrative assistance, including drafting quotations, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Support in the implementation of digital marketing platforms and campaigns, assisting with scheduling, content distribution, and performance tracking.

Handling the website orders and back end working of the systems for with online ordering platform.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT support roles, with a strong understanding of network infrastructure, system administration, and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Familiarity with marketing principles and digital marketing platforms is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
