Welding Foreman

**Hiring Welding Foreman For Kuwait**
- Knowledge in Purging methods (Full, partial and pin purging).
- Monitoring in welding activities and performance on day to day basis.
- Facilitate coordination and good cooperation between the piping tears and fit-up teams.
- Initiate the relocation of workforce as practical or as necessary.
- Monitoring the result of the repair and rewelding as per repair WPS (based on NDT like RT / UT / PT / MPT etc.)
- Monitoring the status of welding equipment and their proper use.
- Conducting tool box talk with welders and fit-up teams.
- Involves himself in investigation of root reasons for any repair and their Improvements.
- Take care of welding machines, special tools, gauges and consumables.
- Visual inspection of welds (Before, during and after) Proper control over Baking of Low hydrogen Electrodes.
- Preparation of WQT for GTAWV/SMAW/FCAW/SAW in CS, AS and SS
- Qualification:

- Diploma in Mechanical / Technical School Certificate in Welding. CSWIP/AWS in Welding Qualification is desirable. Computer basic Skills.
- Experience: Min. of 15 years of Welding work experience in handling of, Shall have Experience in welding of Alloy Steel P22, T12 and T22 materials Experience in Mirror welding methods in Boilers.

PHYSICAL: Current Medical certificate required for Confined space eligibility.
